How to Customize Your Feedback Requests

🎨 We’re now excited to announce fully white-labeled support in Feedback! You can personalize the requests sent to your guests by adding your own brand colors and company logo. This feature allows you to maintain a consistent brand experience throughout the feedback process.


Learn how to customize your own white-labeled feedback requests below:

  1. Click on your account icon, then click "Brand Settings".

  1. Select a brand color from the list of available options. Then, paste your logo's image URL. See the tip below if you need help getting an image URL for your logo.

TIP: Need help getting an image URL for your logo. Your direct booking site is a great place to get this! Go to your direct booking site —> right click on your logo —> then click "Copy image link"

  1. Make sure your logo image looks correct. If so, click "Save". Then you are good to go!
