Allow users to download/export reviews as spreadsheet
Users need the ability to download or export reviews from the platform. This feature should include options to filter reviews by date range (e.g., by month) to support external analysis. The current "all properties all categories" report lacks drill-down capabilities, making it difficult for users to get detailed review information for analysis purposes.

Hey Chad, I am thinking for the less technical users. The rest of the team would like to be able to download reviews to work in spreadsheets, prepare to share with owners etc. I dont expect my housekeeping and property managers to play with JSON

Hi Ryan! Thanks for the feature request (and glad our AI agent was able to help in creating it). We do have the ability to export reviews today via our public API (documentation attached below). This allows you to export all of your reviews in JSON format in a ton of detail. Does this fit your use case? If so, we will send API keys for your account your way - just let me know.
If not, could you share a bit more about the specific format you’re looking for (CSV download, a different view in the UI, etc.)?
