New Feature: View and Track Linked Tasks Directly in Sparrow Intel
We introduced a highly requested enhancement that gives you full visibility into the tasks created from your reviews, automations, and more.
You have always been able to push tasks from Sparrow Intel into your connected platforms, such as your PMS or Breezeway. Now you can also see those tasks inside Sparrow Intel and jump straight to the task in the external system, making it easier to follow items through to completion.
What this feature allows you to do
Create tasks as usual
Use the Create Task button on any review or insight, select your connected integration (such as Guesty or Breezeway), choose an assignee, and send it to the platform you already use.
Automatically generate tasks through rules
If you rely on automations to catch maintenance issues, cleaning concerns, or other operational problems, Sparrow Intel will continue to create tasks on your behalf whenever your rules detect an issue.
See every created task inside Sparrow Intel
No matter how a task was created - manually or through the rules engine - Sparrow Intel now displays that linked task on the associated review or prediction.
Open the task directly in your PMS or task management tool
With one click, you can open the task in Breezeway, your PMS, or whichever integration it was created in. View its status, see who is assigned, and review any notes or updates added in the external system.
Track tasks to completion
Because each task stays attached to the review or insight that generated it, you can easily follow the full lifecycle of an issue from detection to resolution.
Why this matters
This update closes the loop between Sparrow Intel and your operational platforms. Instead of pushing tasks into external tools and losing sight of their progress, you can now maintain full visibility without changing your workflow. It keeps everything connected: the review, the insight, the task, and the resolution.
