How to Set Up Your Google Business Profile Integration:

1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner. Then, click "Integrations".

2. Click "Connect". You will be redirected to another tab to log in with Google.

3. Log in to Google using the Google account that manages your Google Business Profile listings. Please check beforehand that you are logging in with the correct Google account that manages your Business Profile listings.

4. Back in Sparrow Intel, Manage Locations opens with every location your Google account manages, including locations shared with it through location groups. Every location starts unchecked, so no reviews sync until you choose. Check each location whose reviews you want in Sparrow Intel (or click Select All), then click Save changes.

5. Reviews from the locations you checked appear in your account within the next couple hours, along with their earlier reviews. You can change your choices any time from the Manage Locations button next to your Google account on the Integrations page. A location added to your Google account later stays unchecked until you include it.

Other Information on Google Reviews

Unlike reviews that come from your PMS or from an OTA, Google reviews cannot be definitively linked to reservations or properties in your PMS. As such, Google reviews appear in your review inbox in Sparrow but are not listed under any of your properties.
