🟡 [Airbnb API] Between about 18:50 and 20:50 UTC (6:50–8:50 PM UTC) on Sunday, October 11th, 2026, a rate limit issue with Airbnb's API caused interruptions to sending Airbnb messages through Sparrow.
🟡 [Airbnb API] Between about 17:35 and 19:35 UTC (5:35–7:35 PM UTC) on Saturday, October 10th, 2026, a rate limit issue with Airbnb’s API caused intermittent interruptions to sending and receiving Airbnb messages through Sparrow.
🟠 [Conversations] Between about 01:06 and 01:28 UTC on Sunday, October 4th, 2026, the Conversations page in the Sparrow portal stalled on its loading screen, which prevented users from viewing and replying to messages. Service recovered on its own without users needing to refresh or log back in.
🟡 [Conversations only] On Monday, August 17, 2026, at approximately 01:00 UTC, we experienced a brief issue that prevented some conversations from closing/reopening properly. It did not affect sending or receiving messages in any way, only how conversations were tracked in your inbox.
🟠 On Sunday, July 26, 2026, at approximately 18:00 UTC (6:00 PM UTC), we experienced intermittent service issues.
