[BETA] Breezeway Integration

Sparrow Intel's Breezeway integration is in Beta! Please reach out to support@sparrowintel.com for our Breezeway integration Beta to be turned on in your account if you do not see Breezeway listed on your integrations tab.

Features:

Sparrow Intel's Breezeway integration unlocks powerful features:

  • Link reviews to specific cleaners and inspectors. Easily see who cleaned and inspected each unit prior to the reservation associated with a review.

  • Generate detailed cleaner and inspector performance reports based on the Cleanliness scores from guest reviews.

  • Automatically detect and resolve issues. Chirp AI identifies cleaning and maintenance concerns from reviews, private feedback, and messages—then creates Breezeway tasks automatically.

Setup Steps:

  1. Go to your integrations tab and click the "Connect" button for Breezeway.

  1. If you already have a Breezeway Client ID and Client Secret, you can use the credentials you already have here. If you do not already have your Breezeway keys, you will need to request a Client ID and Secret from your Breezeway rep.

  2. Enter, your Client ID and Client Secret, then click "Save".

  1. Assuming the connection was successful, that's it! Please allow an hour for Sparrow Intel to sync your Breezeway account settings.
