1. Host to Guest Review Rules
Use rules to decide when and how reviews are automatically posted for Airbnb guests.
With rules, you can:
Automatically post AI-written reviews for all or specific guests
Choose to only review guests predicted to leave a 5-star review (via Review Predictions)
This helps improve your overall Airbnb rating by avoiding reviews that may trigger negative feedback
Rules give you full control over your Airbnb guest reviews and ensure you’re maximizing the benefit of this automated feature.
2. Scheduled Host to Guest Reviews
The Scheduled Host to Guest Reviews tab shows all upcoming Airbnb host to guest reviews that are queued to be posted.
From here, you can:
See which Airbnb guests are scheduled to receive a review
View the AI-generated review before it’s sent
Edit or update the review if needed
If you’d like to customize what’s being said or make adjustments (even to category ratings), this is the place to do it before the review goes live.
3. Published Host to Guest Reviews
The Published Host to Guest Reviews tab shows all Airbnb guest reviews that have already been posted.
Use this tab to:
Confirm which Airbnb guest reviews have been published
View posted review content
Reference review dates and the guests they were written for

Important
This feature is only available for Airbnb-connected properties through your Sparrow Intel integration. Reviews are written and posted based on reservation data and timelines.
