Rule Actions (for Predictions)

Prediction rules are automations that trigger when you receive a review prediction (at the time of guest check-out). Below are the different actions that can be triggered based on your set rule conditions.

The following actions are supported by Sparrow Intel's rule engine for Review rules:

• Email: Send an email to the provided email address

• Create Task: Create a task in your PMS (or in Breezeway with connected integration) for the review prediction or issue

• Send Message: Schedule a message to be sent to the guest using one of the message templates provided, selected at random.

• Should Review Guest*: Specify whether your guest should be reviewed via one of the templates selected in your PMS
