Rule Actions (for Reviews)

Review rules are automations that trigger when you receive a review. Below are the different actions that can be triggered based on your set rule conditions.

The following actions are supported by Sparrow Intel's rule engine for Review rules:

  • Auto-Respond (with Template)*: Automatically replies to the review with one of the message templates provided, selected at random.

  • Auto-Respond (with Chirp AI)*: Automatically replies to the review with our Chirp AI engine, generating a unique review reply to each review, considering the context of the guest stay.

  • Star: Star the review in Sparrow

  • Mark for Removal: Mark the review for removal from the OTA in Sparrow

  • Email: Send an email to the provided email address

  • Create Task: Create a task in your PMS for the review

  • Send Message: Schedule a message to be sent to the guest using one of the message templates provided, selected at random.

  • Should Review Guest**: Specify whether your guest should be reviewed via one of the templates selected in your PMS
