Review Settings

To get started, click your profile icon in the top right corner, then select “Review Settings” or navigate to https://portal.sparrowintel.com/settings/review-settings/.

Review Scale Settings

As some OTAs and platforms (like Airbnb and Google) use a 5-star review scale, while others use a 10-point scale (like Booking.com), Sparrow Intel allows you to choose the scale you prefer for your account.

All reviews are normalized to your selected scale for consistency across platforms. For example, if you select a 5-star scale, reviews from 10-point platforms (such as Booking.com) will be divided by two to match the 5-star format - ensuring consistent data, graphs, and insights across OTAs and platforms.

Review Reply Settings

Sparrow Intel allows you to set both preset and custom review reply guidelines to match your company’s brand and tone of voice.

You can choose from any of our preset options. Your selection will automatically be reflected in future ChirpAI-generated review replies.

You can also set up your own custom guidelines on this page by selecting the “CUSTOM” option then filling in your own guidelines. Just be warned: Custom guidelines modify Chirp AI's response behavior. Test your replies carefully, as poorly structured prompts can negatively impact reply quality.
