Airbnb (Official Integration)

Sparrow Intel is proud to be the only reputation management platform for the vacation rental industry with a private Airbnb partnership.

You can now use Airbnb as your primary integration if you do not have a PMS or if Sparrow Intel does not yet support your PMS. Users who already have a PMS connected can also link all of their Airbnb accounts for enhanced connectivity, listing quality monitoring, and more.

Follow the guide linked here to connect Airbnb as your primary integration in place of a PMS.

Follow the steps below to connect Airbnb accounts in addition to your PMS. You can connect multiple accounts:

  1. Go to Sparrow Intel’s integrations tab.

  2. Make sure you’re logged into Airbnb in your browser with the account you want to connect.

  3. Then, click “Connect“ next to our Airbnb integration:

  4. You’ll be redirected to Airbnb to connect. Once connecting on Airbnb, you’ll be redirected back to Sparrow Intel.

  5. That’s it! Sparrow Intel will sync your new connected Airbnb account within the hour.

  6. If you have multiple Airbnb accounts, repeat Step 2 (log out of the Airbnb account you just connected and log into the next one in your browser). Then click “Add Another Account“ in Sparrow Intel. Repeat this process for any additional Airbnb accounts.
