Welcome to Flight School: Reputation Management Track
Written By Chad McGuire (Sparrow Intel)
Overview
Welcome aboard! βοΈ
Flight School is the structured training curriculum for teams getting started with Sparrow Intel. This track covers Reputation Management β every public review, every prediction, every feedback request, and every host-to-guest review your team handles.
If you've already worked through the Conversations track, this will feel familiar. If you haven't, you don't need to read it first β the two tracks are designed to stand alone, with cross-references where they overlap.
Who this track is for
Front-line agents responding to public reviews on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google, and other channels
Supervisors triaging negative reviews, removal candidates, and at-risk stays
Admins responsible for setting up review reply automation, feedback requests, and Predictions across the organization
You don't need to read every lesson if you only do part of the job. Each lesson tells you who it's most relevant to up front, so you can skip what doesn't apply.
How the curriculum is organized
We've grouped the lessons into five flight phases. Each one builds on the last:
Most lessons are 3β7 minute reads. A couple of the deeper ones (Predictions, Rules, Host-to-Guest) are longer β you'll know going in.
How to work through it
We recommend reading in order at least once. After that, treat it as a reference: jump to the lesson you need when you need it.
Some lessons include short Loom videos walking through the feature on a live account. Read first, watch second β the videos are reinforcement, not a substitute for the written guide.
